So:
Last weekend was my Bday weekend. I am now the grand old age of 26. WoAh. My Dad pretty much summed it up. ' It will get to a stage when you wont want anyone to know (its your birthday)' I have not reached that stage yet, but before I do.. I intend to party every single year and CELEBRATE LIFE!! This year I celebrated with 15 of my girls and 5 guys in a Q and A style debate party!! We were grilling the boys about everything!! :) After that we hit up 'Trading places' a monthly party in Central London. Good VIBES!!

Ok, so I am an athlete that runs everyday. I think my body is OK-ish, but I am always on an adventure to lose weight and get that 'perfect' body for both the track and the beach!! :)


I have two photo shoots over the next two weeks and I'm trying to get my Tyra on.
So I was wondering... when people diet what food can YOU NOT sacrifice!!?!
I'm pretty disciplined when it comes down to eating the right food, but my main gripe is low fat substitutes.

Like - Weight Watchers baked beans vs. Heinz Baked beans.

NO, just NO. It is not the same. I cannot do it.
